ADHD Digital Planner Creator
Last updated October 29, 2026
These Terms explain what you can expect from PlannerForge, and what we expect from you.
These Terms of Service govern your use of PlannerForge, a digital planner creation studio for Etsy sellers and other digital product creators. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PlannerForge.
PlannerForge lets you configure ADHD-friendly planner layouts, customize themes and branding, and export finished planners as hyperlinked PDF files. It also provides tools for assembling multi-planner bundles and for preparing listing material.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PlannerForge. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Paid plans give you access to additional features and higher usage limits. Plan details and prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Because planners are delivered digitally, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If a charge fails or looks incorrect, contact us and we will review it.
You keep ownership of the planner designs, text, logos, and images you create or upload. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you add.
PlannerForge grants you a commercial license to sell, distribute, and market the planner PDFs you export, including on Etsy and other marketplaces. This license does not extend to the PlannerForge software itself, its template system, or access to the app, which you may not resell or redistribute.
You agree not to:
You may connect a TikTok or Instagram account to PlannerForge so you can publish the marketing content you create here. You authorize that connection yourself and can revoke it at any time from the Publish page. PlannerForge uses the connection only to publish or draft the posts you choose, and never posts anything without your action. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.
PlannerForge relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, artificial intelligence features, and social publishing. If those services are unavailable, some features may not work. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
We work to keep PlannerForge running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, improve, or remove features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes that materially affect how you use the app.
You may stop using PlannerForge at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription period.
PlannerForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page, and continued use of PlannerForge after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
